What you get, in plain terms
An unclaimed listing shows your name, your town and your speciality. That is enough for someone to find you, not enough for them to ring you. Customers who land on an unclaimed page have to send an enquiry through us, and we forward it. It works, but it adds a day.
A claimed listing shows the lot. Your number is a tap away on a phone. Your order form is one click. Enquiries arrive in your inbox the moment they are written, with the date, the guest count and the allergy notes already filled in. And your listing sits above the unclaimed ones on your county page and in search results.
Questions we get asked
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. We charge a flat monthly fee and nothing else. What a customer pays you is between you and them. That is the whole point of the Order direct button.
What if I want out?
Cancel and the subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Your listing stays online, it just goes back to being unclaimed. Nothing gets deleted.
Can I edit my own page?
Yes. Send us the changes and they go live the same day, or ask for a login and do it yourself.
I am not on the directory at all. Can I be added?
Send us your business name, town, website and what you specialise in. Listing is free. We check that the business is real and trading before it goes up.
