Listings and accuracy

Entries describe third-party businesses. We check that a business is real and trading before listing it, but prices, opening hours, capacity and availability change without notice and we do not verify them continuously. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a booking confirmation. Any contract is between you and the bakery.

Some listings are paid: a bakery may subscribe to display its contact details and a direct ordering link, which also places it above unsubscribed listings within its county. Paid listings are shown with a badge. Subscription does not buy a review, an endorsement, or removal of a competitor.

A business that wants its listing corrected or removed can write to the address above. We act on removal requests from the business itself within five working days.

Intellectual property

The site’s structure, text and design belong to the publisher. Business names, logos and photographs supplied by listed bakeries remain theirs and are shown with their agreement or on the basis of material they have made public. If you own material used here and want it taken down, write to us and it comes down.

Liability

We provide the directory as an information service. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of anything ordered from a listed business, nor for losses arising from reliance on details that a third party has since changed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Outbound links to bakery websites and ordering pages are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales for users resident in the United Kingdom, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which they live.
