Cake Collection lists independent cake makers across the UK. Every bakery here gets a page whether it pays us or not. What a subscription buys is the ability to be reached directly: your phone number, your email, your website, and an Order direct button that sends the customer to you rather than to a marketplace taking a cut.

- Any request we held back for you in the last 30 days is sent in full the day you switch on.
- Your bakery comes first on its town and county pages, ahead of the free listings.
- Your online ordering link shows as a button on the listing.

What you get, in plain terms
A free listing shows your name, your town and your speciality. That is enough for someone to find you, not enough for them to ring you. Customers who land on a free listing send their enquiry through our form. If we hold an email address for your bakery, the message is passed straight on; if we don’t, it comes to us and we forward it by hand, which can add a day.
A Pro listing shows the lot. Your number is a tap away on a phone. Your order form is one click. Enquiries arrive in your inbox the moment they are written, with the date, the guest count and the allergy notes already filled in. And your listing sits above the free ones on your county page and in search results.
Questions we get asked
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. We charge a flat monthly fee and nothing else. What a customer pays you is between you and them. That is the whole point of the Order direct button.
What if I want out?
Cancel and the subscription stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Your listing stays online, it just goes back to being a free listing, still yours to edit. Nothing gets deleted.
Can I edit my own page?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Create a bakery account, find your page and press Claim this listing. Once we have checked it is really yours, you can change your hours, prices, address and description yourself, and reply to reviews. Pro is only needed if you want your contact details shown in full.
I am not on the directory at all. Can I be added?
Yes. Create a bakery account and add your business from your dashboard. Listing is free. We check that the business is real and trading before it goes up.
